Underage Gambling Warning: Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited on jeta97. Any account found to be operated by a minor will be closed immediately, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at jeta97's sole discretion.
4.1 To access betting and casino features on jeta97, you must create a registered account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Bangladesh-registered mobile number.
4.2 One Account Only. Each Player is permitted to hold only one jeta97 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 jeta97 may require Players to complete an identity verification process (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before processing withdrawals or increasing account limits. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by competent Bangladeshi authorities.
4.4 You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to jeta97 at registration and throughout the lifetime of your account remains accurate and up to date. You must notify jeta97 promptly if any of your registered details change.
4.5 jeta97 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeta97 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 Any bet, transaction, or activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active is deemed to have been authorised by you, regardless of whether it was actually performed by you personally.
5.3 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jeta97 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. jeta97 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
5.4 jeta97 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections. However, you acknowledge that no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure, and you use the platform at your own risk.
6.1 All deposits to your jeta97 account must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.

6.3 Deposits are generally credited to your account in real time or within a short processing window. jeta97 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
6.4 You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or accepting funds deposited by a third party, is prohibited.
6.5 jeta97 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposit activity in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations.
7.1 Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the Player's name.
7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount, though jeta97 reserves the right to apply processing limits on large withdrawals pending KYC verification.
7.3 jeta97 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing times of the receiving payment provider.
7.4 jeta97 may withhold or delay a withdrawal where: (a) the Player's account has not completed KYC verification; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (c) a bonus wagering requirement has not been satisfied; or (d) the withdrawal is subject to an ongoing investigation.
7.5 Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
8.1 jeta97 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published at the time the offer is made.
8.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
8.3 Bonuses are intended for recreational Players only. jeta97 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, cancel a bonus, or close an account where it determines that a Player is exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with good faith recreational play.
8.4 Only one bonus may be active on a Player's account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms.

9.2 A bet is deemed accepted only when jeta97 confirms it and a bet reference number is issued. jeta97 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason.
9.3 Obvious Error. Where a bet has been accepted at odds that were clearly erroneous (including pricing errors caused by technical malfunction), jeta97 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake. In such cases, jeta97 will notify the Player as promptly as practicable.
9.4 Match Abandonment. Where a sporting event is abandoned or significantly delayed, bets will be settled in accordance with jeta97's published event-specific rules. In most cases, bets on abandoned matches will be voided and stakes returned.
9.5 Live Betting. In-play or live betting markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing at any time in response to live match events. jeta97 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any live market.
9.6 Players acknowledge that sports betting carries an inherent risk of financial loss and that past outcomes do not predict future results.

13.1 jeta97 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time and without prior notice where:
13.2 In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, jeta97 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full.
13.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 72 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements.

16.1 jeta97 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
16.2 By registering with jeta97, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

17.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
